We currently offer three flavors, sweet, medium and extra hot. They are available in loose and links. In addition we offer patties in medium and extra hot that are a fan favorite at everyone's barbeque or a breakfast delight as a sausage egg & cheese.
Don't forget about our dried sausage in medium and extra hot which pairs perfectly with sharp provolone. We have a large variety of Mancini peppers and delicious raviolis, stuffed shells, manicotti and cavatelli.
